| Operations Planning |
Provides the development and implementation
of an Operational Plan that details how assets will be identified,
the physical environment, the optimal category structure, selection
of asset types, etc. |
| Process Management |
Provides the detailed process of asset identification
and categorization, the process of asset data collection, resources
to be applied to data collection, synchronization processes,
etc. |
| Deployment Oversight |
Oversight and advisory consulting during
the deployment and implementation of asset tracking by Client
personnel. |
| Custom Training |
Training services tailored to the project
implementation plan and to the use of the handheld software,
tablet pc software or web application. The purpose of this
training is to teach facilities or IT staff from your company
to take over the Asset Management process. |
| Data Collection |
Asset tagging, scanning, synchronization
and data correlation services by teams of bonded individuals
who work along with your facilities staff. |
| Custom Reports |
Reports may be customized specific
to to the client’s needs for special requirements not
met directly by the reports provided with VAM Enterprise. |
| Appraisal Services |
Provides then-current Fair Market
Value (FMV) Or Replacement Value information for assets, entered
as a field for each asset. These services are useful
for Personal Property Tax and Insurance purposes. Appraisal
Services are provided by a team certified by American Society
of Appraisers. |
