Enterprise Asset Management - Barcode
Enterprise Asset Management includes a basic and enhanced approach to the Asset Management process using inexpensive barcode technology. With the use of data capture devices (scanners), barcode technology registers asset data in near real time, depending on how frequently the database is synchronized.
The Basic Asset Management Implementation plan includes the installation and configuration of Visual Asset Manager (VAM), as well as Administrative and User Training for all software and inventory supplies. Once data has been collected and catalogued within the system, this particular plan includes implementation of a standard set of reports without any modification. This plan includes 20 hours of service for a fee of $4495.00 (not including on-site visits and travel expenses).
The Basic Asset Management Implementation also includes:
- Unlimited email support (< 24 hour response) during period of this Agreement and 30 days beyond this agreement.
- Unlimited Telephone Support (9 Hour, 5 Day/Week) during Period of this agreement
- One User Training Session including Scanner setup and use for 2 hours to be conducted via GoToMeeting.
- One Administrative Walkthrough of VAM Installation demonstrating basic functions.
The Enhanced Asset Management Implementation plan includes all of the features offered in the Basic Asset Management Implementation plan, with the additional tailoring of reports and customization of tabs, fields and categories within VAM.
The Enhanced Asset Management Implemntation plan also includes:
- Customization of Quick Reference Guide
- 5 Custom Reports AND Forms Customization up to 40 hours of labor
- Unlimited email support (< 24 hour response) during period of this Agreement and 30 days beyond this agreement
- Unlimited Telephone Support (9 Hour, 5 Day/Week) during Period of this agreement and 30 days beyond this agreement
- User Training Session including Scanner Use and Setup for 2 hours to be conducted via GotoMeeting.
- User Training for Inventory Practices and Preparation including Preparation for Data Import to be conducted via GotoMeeting
- Data Import assistance.
- Assistance in starting a working group within the Purchaser's organization to foster a good Asset Management Process.
Tthe Enhanced Asset Management Implementation plan costs $7499.00 (not including on-site visits and travel expenses).
E-ISG offers two choices in follow up support to keep your process running smoothly.
Per Task plans cover all short customization tasks or the writing of reports, answering any "How do I…” questions with your specific needs in mind.
Per task plans are available in "5 Pack" or "10 Pack" denominations:
- 5-Incident Support Services (5 Pack) plan not to exceed 10 hours is $2,500.00
- 10-Incident Support Services (10 Pack) plan not to exceed 20 hours is $3,8000.00
- Additional per hour fee of $150 per hour when plans have been exhausted
- All travel, materials and expenses are extra and billable to the Purchaser
Each customization or report counts as a single task. Please note: E-ISG “Per Task” plans do not replace Netsimplicity's maintenance and support agreements. In fact, if you have a valid support agreement, and you encounter any difficulty using the product, we provide complimentary assistance that does not count as a task. However, if you do not have a support agreement from Netsimplicity, any help from E-ISG counts as one task.
