Bronze level support gives you email access with 24 hour turnaround for most problems. Our silver level support gives you two incidents and 4 hour turnaround. Gold level support gives you phone access to our help center technicians with experience and confidence to help keep you moving. You can sign up for these incident support plans on line and pay via your Amazon one click account.
We have also revamped our support site to include email based ticketing. Now your email to support@e-isg.com logs the event and automatically creates a support ticket that keeps a complete record of your request. We have listened to our customers and now have a forum for our knowlege base, as well as tips and techniques, and relevant announcements.
E-ISG employs a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Team available to resolve issues and assist with questions quickly and easily. A courteous and professional support team is on call 10 hours a day; unlimited e-mail and web support is available for all modules, Monday through Friday from 8AM - 6PM EST.
