Visual Asset Manager is a web based tool set, which includes a forms designer with the following features:
- Aligning of controls on the forms
- New controls like drop downs based on SQL query, hyper links and labels
- User defined fields added to the barcode scanner software interface for user defined remote data collection
- Accurate fixed and mobile asset data importation of tabs and fields from a predefined library. Tabs and their form fields can also be exported.
Visual Asset Manager’s Forms Designer tool was created to give users as much control over their fixed asset and people categories as possible. Custom Forms Designer feature lets you create a field for an attribute of your fixed asset from inventory, location or employee. With the new Forms Designer options, individual fields can be selected to be added to the barcode scanner software at your discretion. A variety of fields, including new styles, are available for use both on the barcode scanner and in Visual Asset Manager’s customizable category tabs. In addition to the standard fixed asset summary tabs, supplementary tabs are provided to allow the user to include relevant information.
