The cost of either Getting Started in Asset Management package, IT or Facilities, is $2699.00.

 

Enterprise Asset Management includes a standard and premium approach to the Asset Management process using inexpensive barcode technology. With the use of data capture devices (scanners), barcode technology registers asset data in near real time, depending on how frequently the database is synchronized.

The Standard Asset Management Implementation plan includes the installation and configuration of Visual Asset Manager (VAM), as well as Administrative and User Training for all software and inventory supplies. Once data has been collected and catalogued within the system, this particular plan includes implementation of a standard set of reports without any modification. This plan includes 20 hours of service for a fee of $4495.00 (not including on-site visits and travel expenses).

The Premium Asset Management Implementation plan includes all of the features offered in the Standard Asset Management Implementation plan, with the additional tailoring of reports and customization of tabs, fields and categories within VAM.

However, if you do not have a support agreement from Netsimplicity, any help from E-ISG counts as one task.
