Process Continuation Care - The asset management process

Your Process Continuation Care continues long after the inventory is taken.

This is where asset information, such as the addition of new assets or changes in the status of existing assets, can be reliably "caught" and recorded. EISG's implementation training involves identifying your organization's Catch Points, and teaching your purchasing and receiving departments how to bring new assets into your organization, track relevant information and distribute it to end users.

This process begins with the installation of Visual Asset Manager, but continues with expert advice and on-site training that includes:

• Inputting new assets, and asset distribution
• Bar coding, procedures and methods
• Entering Moves, Adds and Changes (MACs)
• Tracking maintenance, warranties, leases and other asset information
• Document scanning and retrieval
• Digital image capture and insertion
• Creating and using reports
